This is a program that allows rvs to stay an overnight. We did and it was great. Quiet pretty countryside
The store is really no different than many but did have some sauces etc. made from companies around the country. The big plus was their fudge! It was the best ever!!!

Stopped in for my first time on a Saturday afternoon. They were very busy. They did seat us promptly. The staff was very friendly. It’s a neat little place with plenty of extras. Like shopping candy desserts. The food was really good a little on the pricey side, I would visit again.

Wanted a something a bit different for lunch and this place popped up. Yes, it a few minutes off the interstate but is totally worth it. Great sandwiches and service. Nice little bakery, coffee and chocolate sections in the historic building. Didn’t have the time to check out all of the offerings or the store next door but will definitely stop in next time traveling I-81.
Cute little area and it looks like it would be a great place to stay a weekend at some of the nearby rentals.
Do yourself a favor and take a couple of extra minutes to enjoy Draper’s!

We had a 1:00 reservation for Mother’s Day. When we arrived the people with 12:30 reservations had not been seated yet. The people we spoke to while waiting had been waiting 1-2 hrs for their food. We left and will not be returning. The place was standing full of people and others left as well. I believe they over booked their reservations and the kitchen was not prepared either. It’s a nice place and we have been there before but the management needs to work on correcting their problems.

We had family visiting and we drove from Daleville to Draper to see the mercantile and historical features of the area. Had lunch in their restaurant with 5 adults having salads or burgers, or barbecue, w/ drinks. Price came out $160 plus tip!
This is a marked increase from many previous visits down there! Looks like “get it while the gettings good” has arrived at the country store!!

Wonderful place for a home cooked meal. The staff is extremely helpful and go out of their way for you. They have a coffee bar. However, I only had regular coffee and it was very fresh.
They also have a store with all kinds of items. Be sure to check it all out after you eat.
The owner told me about their labyrinth down the road which I thoroughly enjoyed visiting. I hope to back before leaving this area.
One more tip, they rent bicycles. There is a New River path very close it adds to the whole small town feel of the area. Wonderful place to visit.

Stopped here on our way to Charleston from Ny. Adorable place to spend a Sunday afternoon. Delish food, great ambiance, and pleasant staff. Couldn’t ask for anything more.
Right off 81. A must if you are in the area!

A wonderful hidden gem. We bought fresh local eggs, meat, jam and apple butter to bring back to our rented cottage. The staff is wonderful! Brian, Meghan and Molly took real good care of us. I told Brian I had Celiac Disease and have to eat a strict gluten free diet and he went and talked with the chef. I may have just had the best chicken pesto roasted pepper sandwich ever. She even grilled it in a skillet and not on the grill where other sandwiches are made. My husband loved the Coffee Bar. We plan to go again before we leave the area. Oh and the shops are adorable.

Such an adorable place. Was pleasantly surprised. Stayed the night thru Harvest Hosts half way to Chattanooga. Where we camped was pretty and quiet. Went to the coffee house the next day. Thought it would be a small place with the normal coffee house offerings. We were so wrong. It was huge. Offered unique breakfasts. Mine was scrambled eggs with provolone, mozzarella, bacon and pesto with bread. It was good. Picky eaters may have to stick to the muffins. It used to be a general store. Lots of merchandise to look at. Also has a candy counter. Would definitely go again if it wasn't 5 hours away from us.

My friends and I visited the Draper Mercantile for the first time yesterdau. We thoroughly enjoyed our delicious sandwiches and soup, and we enjoyed the shopping. The cappuchino from the coffee bar was as wonderful as the cappuccino I had in Italy!

I am sure they do, but you would have to call them directly to make a reservation. It is such a wonderful place with great food and a band usually playing.
