There are some medium strenuous trails around the reservoir, and although you're just a short ride from town, you'll feel like you're back in the country. Usually you'll have the trails to yourself.

Nice place for a short hike, especially when you are not in a good shape/mood for a hike. I hope soon the whole trail will be ready. But, even though you don't have a chance to walk around, it's still worth being there. Nature left...More

Lots of trees, easy hiking, cool in summer with all the trees overhead. Wildlife such a birds, squirrels, and maybe a rabbit or turtle. Wild flowers bloom under towering trees. Really lovely.
