This is not a factory tour. It is a great coffee shop that has different educational displays about coffee, their brand, and their partnership with Keurig. They also have a shop for Keurig machines/cups/etc. Attached is also a visitor center for the city with volunteers...More

Small visitor center in old train station. Hubby is a coffee hound, so he loved it. Several coffees to sample plus they will brew a kcup if you want to try something different.

We made a quick stop at this cute depot to grab some coffee. There is lots of visitor information (but we were leaving the area) in the back room. Kind of a typical coffee place. But coffee is good.

The visitor center is conveniently located next to the Green Mountain Cafe. Lots of interesting facts about the area and very close to free coffee samples of Green Mountain brews in the cafe. We sampled all of them and were able to buy individual pods...More

Awesome visitors center. Free coffee sample. They had specialty cups where you could mix and match. I don’t drink coffee and liked it here!

This was the best part about Waterbury since it appears the whole town is closed on Monday. They have small samples of the coffee and a toy train that our kids loved. A lot of bums around

This is misleading. As many other reviewers below wrote, you would think this is a factory and tours would be available. Don’t be mistaken. It’s a normal cafe with no more coffee varieties or food options than any other. The coffee they serve is good....More

They had a small variety here. You could buy 12 different dingle brew pods for a decent price. Under 20.00. They also had larger packs, but you could only buy one variety. For example, I bought a variety pack, picked out... More

Yes, you can buy coffee there. But choices are limited. Prices are high. You can get much better deals by buying online.
