We lucked out with a sunny day and great snow conditions. Stowe has something for everyone from beginners to experts. The grooming was pretty good. I'm spoiled by Okemo but it was really great skiing.

We all ski over, (Rockies, Europe, BC etc.) Stowe is still a great mountain within easy striking distance from NYC, ok it's 5 hours plus by car but that beats the airport hassle and delays. It wouldn't be any good without great skiing and that...More

What an awesome ski resort. I felt as if it was a small piece of Colorado in the East. We will return.

Loved the mountain, loved the snow, great runs, groomers had done a great job. Super friendly on mountain staff and patrols. On mountain refreshments are definitely at more chic european prices though.

We really enjoyed the skiing and service at Stowe Mountain. Weather was great with lots of snow. The double blacks are pretty easy as long as there is not ice at the top. Will go back!

Cold, icy skiing place. No grooming to speak of. Wait till spring to ski here. Killington is the place to ski until April 1st.

I think it took about 20 minutes at the most to ride up. There isn't much to see at the top other than the views so you can spend as little or as much time as you want. There is a restaurant but it closes at 4:30.
