I come for the convenience of basics but I’m alwAys in the crock pot of fresh homemade soup, the chicken salad, stuffed eggs, bakery items and bread. Such a quaint store . Takes me back in time

I come here every time I'm in the area. This general store is like stepping back in time. It's a historical gem that still serves a useful purpose. I only wish I was a local!

Pierce's has everything you could want, from fresh local meat, milk, eggs, and bread, to beer and wine, basic staples, and great soups and prepared meals. Stop in and check it out. It will transport you to a simpler time and is quintessential Vermont.
