As a personal experience, I have to say that an acquaintance brought his dog for a swim in the lake, Summer 2016 which resulted in a rather hefty vet bill. The poor dog contracted a terrible eye infection from bacteria in the lake water. The...More

This was our third visit this year, and with the best weather of the year it was perfect. Not too many campers, so quiet. Thank you to the Park staff and volunteers who do such a great job. See you next season !

Once you cross over the border the closest grocery store would be HANNAFORDS in St. Albans. It is about 25-30 minutes from the camp. This is where we always go to get our supplies for the trip.
