We went with another family and kids. There is a large beach and swimming area on a small, not highly developed lake, mountain views, picnic tables, playground, rest rooms, and a short but moderately challenging hiking trail. It was post-season, in the Fall, so we...More

Worth the trip. Traveled later in the day and had whole beach to ourselves. Enjoyed renting paddle boards with kids. Nice basic facilities and a great place for summer evening picnic.

The park abuts a beautiful lake. The park has carts that you can load your stuff on, and walk to the lake. It's probably a little less than a quarter of a mile to the lake, and they have handicap parking closer to the lake.

Great place for the entire family and the cleanest you could wish for - everyone is required to tote out their garbage (garbage bags provided no trash cans on the park.

It has a beach and lake front, children's playground, picnic tables, boats to rent, and more. All garbage is carried out so that the facility is very clean. A great place for a family outing.
