The 5 Mile inner Mt. Bike trail is awesome. It continuously turns back on it self so it makes some tight turns, still with plenty of fast straight away's mixed with drops and climbs. Plenty of mixed soil (Sand, Clay, Loose Dirt, Gravel) and terrain...More

Great place to walk n get away from city, not far either. Visit any time of year, great place to take pets like large dogs that love the exercise.

It is nice that the reserve is available for taking a short hike. It is basic, no amenities, the trails are marked. With the growth and development in the area, places like this will have increasing importance.

This is a nice circular route with lots of interesting scenery. You can extend it to around 7-8 miles if you cross the creek but it can be muddy after rain.

Despite it being a (normal) hot August day in Texas, the trail was nicely shaded so it made for a great walk. I would recommend bringing water. Didn't have an issue with bugs, but again, it was about 90 degrees/11 AM when I was there...More

The Nature preserve has paths but you have to be careful to avoid deeper puddles and boggy areas after rain. Mosquito repellent is essential! The walk around the Preserve took about an hour

One of the most beautiful places in Texas! There you will spend a great time with the family or friends I recommend bring water if you want to walk and a camera to capture the moments.

It is a great place in The Woodlands to go for a long walk with nature all around. Watch out for the snakes, they are part of nature. Been there several times, and is very relaxing.
