Be sure to spend an hour or two strolling the walkways here. You see and hear many birds feeding, flying and wading in the very pretty wetlands. If you get lucky you'll see a resident alligator (from a safe walway!) Don't miss it.

It was nice for what it was. Few gators here and there but I don’t know enough about the type of birds that were there to be high on a spot like this. Kids would probably enjoy this place

Our three generation family enjoyed our leisurely stroll on the boardwalks viewing birds, fish and looking for alligators. We also enjoyed the great Island views from the 5 story tower. Even saw some late migrants like magnolia warblers and snipes.
