Takes longer to load and unload than the trip itself, but there are so few of these left in Texas we feel compelled to savor the experience each time we visit the island. Often have a dolphin or two alongside to keep you company!

We rode this ferry several times while on vacation and each time the process of loading or unloading was smooth and easy. The trip across was also smooth and quick.

Riding the ferry makes it fun to go to Port Aransas. My little boy loves to get out of the car and watch. Great way to take in a sunset as well.
