We visited as a storm was coming in so it wasn't as nice as it could have been, but it is still a beautiful area that is in the process of recovering from a previous hurricane. Still lots of wildlife and beautiful scenery.

I have a state parks pass, so like to check out the different parks whenever we travel. This is a nice little area, but the beach had a lot of trash on it. There are trash cans all around, so there is no excuse for...More

This was a last minute trip and i'm glad we went. The beach was clean and we had a great time. If you go later in the summer, make sure you check for the water quality/safety. Enjoy!

The park is open to day use. The park Rangers were informative and very helpful. Went to Fish Pass. Great place to kayak when its not windy. The road is rough. Go slow! Also went swimming at the beach.

This beach area is so beautiful and well maintained. Very Family friendly. We've seen sea turtles swimming in the shallower water, and have fed the little prairie dog type animals who live in some the dunes. They will actually come up to your feet to...More

They are redoing the bath house. No camping yet. No point in paying here when the beach is free just down the beach.
