The two days we were in Port A were dreary, but the views of the big water were gorgeous. Had a great time in spite of weather.

Sandy beach with convenient water entrance. Stretches as far as you can see. We were lucky to have very little car presence. It is an unfortunate custom to have all kinds of vehicles on the beach but if you use the patch near the entrance...More

Missing IB Magee city park. Dry camping on the beach. Clean beach. Since Hurricane Harvey a lot has been done but they still have a long way to go.

Spent several days on the beach. Nice, pretty clean sand and warm gulf water. Plenty of access and friendly people. Not much for shelling this trip, but found a few.

Not sure about that. It’s mostly a great natural beach front. You can park your car up extremely close though to the sand
