You cannot drive a vehicle in the park but they have a tram to take you around included with the entrance fee.

We stayed across the street at Bentsen Palms RV Resort and road our bikes within the state park often. Nice flat roads. Clean restroom half way in, near the Resaca -Oxbow lake.
