Staff was very friendly and informative. The park has several interesting trails filled with bird blinds and other viewing areas. Great place to spend a few hours on a nice day.

We stayed across the street at Bentsen Palms RV Resort and road our bikes within the state park often. Nice flat roads. Clean restroom half way in, near the Resaca -Oxbow lake. Saw birds, bobcat, javelinas.
