You would not usually walk down Carrer del Priorat unless you know where you are going. But it is where you will find the amazing Jekyll & Hydes. I don’t think I am over-selling it!, it’s great to find somewhere that the owners have put great ideas and lots of effort into for us to enjoy. The side road is just off the main strip, it’s five minutes’ walk from Olivers and well worth checking out. On our first visit, Brian came over and showed us some card tricks – two ten year old boys were very impressed and, yes, we were too. We did not eat here but I saw one table being cleared – lots of plates that were all empty which is a good sign. So as well as food and drink, you have magic – themed decorations and a great family atmosphere. We went back for the magic show, definitely worth seeing and it’s great not to be charged for everything you look at (seaside places can feel a bit like that). The venue is slightly off the beaten track but so worth visiting. Brian and Sue are very welcoming, lovely people doing so much to make this venue work – good luck – I hope to see you again!

1st met Brain a few years ago as he was the entertainment at the hotel I stayed in with my family (3 young children). He was great then and still is to this day and this new bar is brilliant. Always make people feel welcome and would recommend anyone traveling to Salou to call in and meet him.

loved this little bar, Brian & Sue who run this bar are fantastic, great chat. Brian, thanks for the wonderful cocktails, all your stories of your travels and our skull appreciation lol loved Brian's magic show, takes you back to being a kid, Gandhi's unfortunate balloon snake dog went down a treat, unlike the spike trick you played on me, freaked me out, but great fun. loads of little interesting curios mingled into the decor, have fun playing around with them. It was an absolute pleasure to meet you guys, hope you weren't too scarred coming out with us later for karaoke, missing the sun & cocktails already.

Would recommend Jekyll & Hydes for a brilliant night out with a difference. The bar itself looks fab, owners really friendly folk from Liverpool, good priced drinks & Brian owner/entertainer puts on a good show for young & old. Pop in & say hello x

Made our way down to Jekyll & Hydes after seeing it mentioned on here and we were really pleased we did. The oweners are absolutely lovely and sit and chat with you, cheap drinks, absolutely loads to keep spotting in the bar with all the effects on the walls and random objects dotted about. The boys really apprecitated the close up magic we got to see. We're sorry we only got chance to go once (thanks to injury) but can see we'll be frequent fliers next time we go. The bar can be a bit tricky to find if you're not sure where you're going, if you're heading along the main road it's at the turning down the side street where the Ski Hut opposite Oasis Park hotel. All the best in the future to you both.
