- Ed P12 contributionsSrpingsteen 2023Attended Bruce Springsteen 2/14/2023. Impressed with the time to enter facility, seating in 119 section was comfortable. I was really shocked at the sound quality of the show - whether is was the arena, Engineers/Technicians, sound system or Bruce not cranking everything up to 11, But the sound was near excellent, clearly hearing him sing over the music was unique compared to most arena concerts I have attended. I image the reason is a combination of what I mentioned above.Visited February 2023Written February 16, 2023

Driving in for a Sunday show had no traffic but would imagine for a weekday game or concert it would be hectic. The interior of the arena is pretty plain by modern standards. The inside of the arena has good sightlines.Visited May 2023Written May 17, 2023

- Tracy JMurfreesboro, Tennessee12 contributionsGet ready to be charged overpriced everythingFun time watching the Warriors vs Rockets. Can sodas, not tops on your water, an act of Congress to get a cup for your water that cost you 6.00 even when trying to pay for it. I ordered a cranberry juice no liquor still 9.00. Everything overpriced. I am an experienced travel/warrior fan so not my first experience. And fyi Uber was 60.00 back to the hotel not even 5miles away. 20.00 to get to the arena but you have no choice when the game is over and you see that price…insane! Added a pic of the receipt from game night vs the next night to the same locations. 40.00 difference. Come prepared. Not the Toyota Centers fault just a traveler tip.Visited October 2023Traveled with familyWritten October 30, 2023

Saw Springsteen here 2/14/2023. Terrible experience with the people working the entrance, the sound quality and customer service after the fact.
There is nothing on the venue website that would indicate you can't take a point-and-shoot camera in, but they would not allow it. Springsteen has no rules regarding such cameras. Do they not realize that many modern cell phones take better photos & videos than an old point-and-shoot?
The audio qualify was terrible. Can't decide if it's the venue itself, the person running the sound board, or the fact that Springsteen has so many musicians playing various instruments all at the same time. The sound was very muddied.
I emailed Toyota Center customer service a couple of days later regarding the camera policy and never received a response. I messaged them on Twitter and never received a response.
What a minor league operation they run.

I went to WWE Monday Night Raw yesterday and brought hand-made signs, but the venue confiscated my signs saying that they were too big, but later on I saw hand-made signs that were the same size as mine. I guess they pick and chose which sign size to enforce? Should worry about other things that matter instead of sign size. The bag size I kinda get... Doors were supposed to open at 5 pm, but that didn't happen and it was hot outside.

Saw Springsteen at the Toyota Center in Houston last night for about 30 minutes. The acoustics were so bad we had to leave. It sounded like he was yelling underwater. We paid $600 for our tickets and had great seats, but the sound was literally painful. Just before the show seats were on sale for $4!!!! What a waste of time and money. DON’T go to a concert there. I’m sure it’s fine for basketball.

We came here for the concert. Usually we sit on the ground level but this time they had it for standing which I liked, seeing as most of the time you stand anyway.
Ticket prices were reasonable but the drinks were expensive as usual, albeit not as expensive as another concert venue near by.
The only problem we found was with the other fans. If you want to stand at the front get there early, don't come late and just push your way to the front. We had to get help from security, who were very good by the way, as two people thought they had the right to the place we were standing and basically tried to pull my wife out the way spilling our drinks and not even apologizing.

Had a great time at the Toyota Center for spurs-rockets game. It was pretty full because rivalry game but east entrance and we didn’t have to go up any escalators. The arena food was expensive but chicken tenders were good and fresh. The ambiance and arena shows were great and the arena was more modern that what we have in OKC.

At the main entrance, ask any of the ushers. You can get lost from there on.
