So many take for granted the sacrifices made for their safety for so little pay. This is housed in the bayou Park area with lots of sites nearby.

This monument on Memorial Drive stands in the shadows of downtown Houston and is attended by a police car and officer at all times. I believe it to be one of the few in the country.
