Interesting museum about Darwin, nice displays. Nice cafe and ground to walk in. I went with my son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren. They even had toys for children to play with. Great place to visit!

We enjoyed our visit to this House. It was obviously well loved and had a lovely feel about it. The displays were very interesting and educational. I did wish, however, that some of the rooms with displays had a bit more of their original contents...More

The staff are all friendly and enjoy you asking questions. The greenhouse, fascinating plants ... The experiments intriguing especially how the worms work in the soil.. Darwin's thoughts on religion is the apex (misunderstood by many) .

Lots of parking, but the road up from town is narrow and trees hang. Can easily park in town and walk the quarter mile, but no sidewalk for most of the trip.
