This facility is very nice on the inside; sufficient bathrooms for women, a decent variety of food. the chairs are comfortable and easy to navigate the sections. They do have a clear bag only rules for taking things inside the building but that seems to be standard now at many venues.

I was here for a Rachel Hollis Rise event and the venue did a fantastic job for us. Since it was an event for women, they converted all of the men’s restrooms to women’s rooms which eased the lines immensely. They also provided healthy options for us at the concessions, and they had two stations set up serving açaí bowls which was incredible. All the staff was very friendly.

This event center is conveniently located just off the GWBT. It is continually booked with a full myriad of community events, from multi-city graduations, craft fairs, seminars, church events, comedians, you name it, it has well hosted events. Parking is great, the center staffs their own attendants all the way from the parking to throughout the center. Each time is open drink and food vendors are contracted. It is safe. I have been alone to several events and always felt safe. There are canned questions below that are not applicable. The center hosts many different types of events. Go to website and follow what is available.

Nice venue. But you couldn't bring anything in...even a baby. Okay...that was a joke, but no diaper bag, stroller, or anything needed for the care of an infant...unless, of course, it fit in a small plastic bag (no bigger than a quart size ziploc). Unless you see this on their website prior to arriving, you have to leave purses and other valuables in your car...which means this place is PERFECT for criminals looking for a easy buck! No food, drinks, flowers, gifts, or chihuahuas can enter the building...you know how dangerous those things are! But don't worry...you can buy all of them at their vending tables inside (theirs are much safer than yours). No umbrellas either...leave those on the table by the entrance and hope it's there when you return. And should you need to run outside for anything (say, a diaper) don't expect to come back in....cuz the moment they put away the metal detectors, you aren't coming back in to see your wife graduate from College. Nice venue though. 😊

While attending an event, there were so many customer service issues from many folks.
Parking is such a hassle!
TIP: park at a nearby place and walk or Uber over.
Food choices are extremely limited and super expensive.
TIP: across street are multiple restaurants.

We attended a graduation on Sunday night - the 3rd one of the day at this venue - and the event staff could not have been any nicer. One of our relatives walks with a cane, and we were guided to the elevator as well as to the handicap seating area, so she was spared all of the stairs. At the end of the evening, we were picking up our daughter, who did not graduate but was performing in the high school band. Normally she would travel with the band back to the school, but she was allowed to instead just leave with us. We asked an staff member how to find the band area, and due to the crowds and the location of the band (at the back of the building), the staff member, a very nice man named William, communicated with his team, located my daughter before the band left the facility and escorted her to where we were waiting. We were already impressed with their customer service, but this just really felt above and beyond, and we appreciate it! We would happily attend other events here.

The strofoam cup has no lid and they don't have lids to offer, nor do they offer or have straws. Put your open air drink the cupholder and the person sitting in front of you or their neighbor if they put an arm around the back of that chair-dips their hand onto your cup. Hair is shaken back from the row in front as well and who knows what is being deposited into my drink? I think this was a poor choice for this venue. They NEED to rethink this decision - GIVE US BACK our drink cups with lids and straws please! So unsanitary and germy this way. Even the smoothie cups are lidless and strawless - RIDICULOUS.

This facility is clean and well maintained. Restrooms are easy to find and here is plants of room. Because of a previous problem a couple years ago, you cannot take small handbags into the venue, you can only carry clear bags in. I have no complaints but would love for that information to be circulated prior to the event. Would also love more tables outside the arena.

The only complaint I have about this location is that you cannot carry a normal-sized purse into the place for security reasons. They had an incident there about a year or two ago, and now they check you at the door like they do at the airport. I know it's necessary and I feel more secure with these procedures, but I can't help but think, where's the world going to that I can't carry my purse inside a place because it might contain explosives or a gun?

This was a very comfortable venue for the State Tournament; comfortable seats with cup holders. Not too much legroom for anyone who is tall. Good viewing vantage from anywhere in the arena. We drove 4 ours from Austin to get there but it was definitely worth the trip.

I’m attending a conference in July and wanted to know the food options at the concession stands. Does anyone have a copy or menu to share?
