Terrible service. Conglomerate waste of your money. Go elsewhere.

hecked me in on the waitlist) told me that I must have missed the text….i received none. I asked kindly if he could put me next sine I had waited 3 hours and he told me that we would be on the end of the line and giggled when I told him no thanks. Debated asking for a manager but this is a clear indicator that this business and its conglomerate (such as pinstack) that I frequent personally and with team events twice a year will NEVER get my business again. Scam. Incompetence. Save your money and go elsewhere! Enterprise properties group will never see another transaction from me. Disappointing.

The Food Never Arrived

Staff was so overwhelmed that numerous customers never got their food -- but were still presented with a bill for what they ordered! Two members of my party (of 5 total) were never served, and of those who were, none were given napkins, and drink refills were out of the question! The manager was courteous and apologetic, and offered a discount on our bill, but the fact remains that this business is woefully understaffed and incapable of meeting the demand they've generated. Refusing to let folks into the theater until 10 minutes prior to the starting time doesn't help; it prevents customers from ordering earlier to avoid the rush. Also, for some strange reason the restrooms are tiny; the men's room had two urinals and one stall -- that's it.

A fun place to hang out.

Great place to on a date night or with the family. Clean, friendly staff. Different activities available. We watch a movie. The chairs are awesome. The desserts are enormous. It was awesome to recline and watch a movie while eating dessert.

Movies, Bowling, Arcade = Big Fun

Fun for the whole family! A multi-family gathering for fun, bowling, drinks, food and arcade games! What could be more fun?! Nothing. Had a great time.

Online ordering FAILED

40 mins into picking seats for a movie and 6 times it failed. Just a terrible movie online ordering system.

Great Place

Bowling, Food and entertainment, we had a great time as well as the children. The food was good and not like most children place. The selections we're good as well as the taste. This attraction for children is wonderful.
