- alanthegreatSingapore, Singapore2,427 contributionsAwesome view but pretty smallTicket purchase and taking the elevator to the top floor is a breeze. Before the elevator, there is the usual photo taking over the green backdrop. What is cool is that the soft copy photos can be downloaded FREE. Once up on the top level, the outdoor viewing gallery is pretty small though. Probably can finish walking the entire circumference within a min? The views were quite awesome I must say. Especially on a clear day you probably can see many miles away. The views of the Dallas skyscrapers are the highlight. I would recommend to go in the dusk timing so you have a nice golden hour landscape for photo taking. You can also purchase the duo ticket option where by you can visit once in the day time and also at night fall (but it closes at 8pm). One thing I dislike is the ugly pillars and wire mesh. The views are obscured by the pillars and the wire mesh doesn't make good selfies. Nonetheless, in a city with few sightseeing points, this is worth a visit. Thanks for the review, Alan! So glad you enjoyed your visit. We appreciate the feedback regarding our structure. The pillars contain the lights that allow us to have special light shows each evening and the wires are for our guest's safety.Written October 11, 2023This response is the subjective opinion of the management representative and not of Tripadvisor LLC.Visited September 2023Written October 9, 2023

Took us about 30 minutes to get through the queue and onto the elevator. Once we were up at the top it gave gorgeous 360 degree view of the city. I would recommend! Thanks for the kind review! - Suresh AFrisco, Texas9 contributionsBest place to see entire Dallas - Beautiful viewIt is a best place to see Dallas 360 degree view. Staff are very helpful. Buy your ticket in advance for the time you prefer. Generally being their just before sunset and night view are great. So plan accordingly. Restaurants are great. Especially Italian. Parking is just very close by and access able. Easily 2 to 3 hours can be spent. if you are planning to eat at restaurants, then add few more hours. Thanks for the review, Suresh! - Joleib60Gainesville, Florida1 contributionIt was a great experience being able to see 360 of the Dallas area.It was a great experience to see Dallas 360 . I recommend going in the even at sunset or later to see the beautiful buildings all lit up. The main reason I didn't give it five stars is because they only had one elevator working so you had to wait at least 30 minutes or even longer just to go back down. Thanks for the review! We were told that they will email to us but we still never received any pictures of us from them. Of course we were disappointed. We went up top of tower. It was real cool. Seeing down beautiful castle. We can see few different cool bridges. We can see city of Dallas as 360 degrees. Awesome!!!Hi! I'm so sorry to hear that you didn't receive your complimentary digital photo. Did you by chance scan your ticket at one of our photo kiosks and enter your email? We can get that photo sent to you though! Would you mind emailing us at info@reuniontower.com? Please include the date of your visit and the order number if you still have it. - bgra8387Brenham, Texas1 contributionMy young granddaughters loved it!Celebrating a 9 year old's birthday with her 6 year old sister can be a challenge for Oma and Great Aunt. We bought tickets online and arrived a little early. Valet parking was quick and easy, and for $20 we could stay as long as we wanted. It was easy in and out for 2 mildly handicapped seniors. It was a clear, cool day. We could see all of the sights described. All in all, we highly recommend this experience for families of all ages! Thanks for the review! So glad your granddaughters enjoyed their visit. I hope you'll come back and see us again soon - we do have plenty of fun children's events during Spring Break and Summer.Written February 5, 2024This response is the subjective opinion of the management representative and not of Tripadvisor LLC.Visited January 2024Traveled with familyWritten February 3, 2024

I bought the love is in the package, $162...this was no where near worth the cost. I'm a dallas native born and raised but wifey from ohio, still basic on the experience of what you get and what you doing, just looking at things from 200 ft. This is a maybe $30 experience. For $162 i had to tell them i bought the love is in the air package. I shouldnt have to tell you that, your systems should advise you that i bought this package and you guys need to give this couple that $162 love is in the air experience. I got this package for my wife's birthday, the following day i took my wife to the keg in Arlington for her birthday JUNE 22ND and got a 50x times much better experience from the waiter and the fact they acknowledged her birthday and provided her a dessert among great catering service for the money im spending The service there was by far the experience you would expect, my tab was $148 not including my tip i gave wairess for her care and service. Basically im saying the reunion tower experience is a joke for the COST..i wouldnt recommend it to anyone unless the tickets are $10 maybe 15 and you are an out of towner visiting. But this huge building as a kid i used to think it was a really large microphone and so my experience of this was a pure downer. Only good thing was we took pictures from above and saw building lights at 9pm from so high. Id advise to save ur money and find other things to do in the city.

Hi, we greatly appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your visit. The GeO-Deck has adjusted our normal operations due to COVID so we understand your frustration and disappointment as we do not provide our full experience, but the safety of our guests' health is our utmost concern. Someone should have been at the counter to greet you to take you up and we sincerely apologize if this was not the case. Additionally, the price for the package includes not just general admission, but commemorative Reunion Tower flutes and a printed picture in a Reunion Tower frame. Please let us know if these items were not received or if you have any additional feedback. You may email us at info@reuniontower.com. . Again, we apologize for any inconvenience.

It was a nice stop that overlooks the entire city. You can even see Ft worth if the sky is clear enough. We were able to clearly see dealy plaza. We could not make out AT&T stadium. I like identifying the building we were in and the places we saw. My wife thought it was nice but was ready to go after once around the observation deck. I think it is overpriced for what you get at almost $20 per person.

First of all this event was originally scheduled for Valentines weekend which to no one really knew we would have the big Arctic weekend in Dallas, however, we show up anyway just to find out it had just been rescheduled that day. No one notified us by any way of communication. When we proceeded to ask for a refund we were told no refunds and we could come back the following weekend. Well we went back the following weekend only to see a small table with 2 people serving only corn dogs, funnel cakes and drinks. It was completely not worth all the time and money we spent trying to get our kids there for a little fun. Next time I would hope you refund customers or keep the event the way it was originally planned. It was not worth our time and money.

Hi, unfortunately, the inclement weather affected everyone's plans for Valentine's weekend but our number one priority was to keep our guests and employees safe. We apologize for the lack of clear and direct communication as all guests should have been contacted via direct phone calls and/or emails. And we are very sorry to hear that you were told you could not get a refund. Normally tickets are non-refundable but everyone who purchased tickets for that weekend was offered a refund or the ability to re-schedule their tickets for another date. Please feel free to send us any additional information or feedback at info@reuniontower.com.

We spent $50 to get to the top to eat in the little restaurant up there only to find out that it was closed but they failed to tell us that at the bottom it will be closed for close to a year FYI.
Really wanted to ask for my money back. Idk why on earth it’s so expensive, it’s really lackluster of an experience tbh

It was super packed at the top. With co-vid going on, people were not mindful about social distancing & the staff itself was not enforcing this nor were there regulations set to enforce SOME kind of spacing, especially since tickets/reservations are given. Overall, perfect view of the city, went between 8-9, perfect timing due to sunset & night transition, so was able to get 2 views of the city. Recommend.

Hi, thank you for the feedback! We greatly appreciate you informing us of guests and employees not minding the 6 feet social distancing. We have a limit of guests that are allowed on the GeO-Deck and all guests should be wearing masks as a requirement. We do our best to make sure everyone follows the rules, but we will reevaluate and see how we can better improve on procedures. Glad to hear you enjoyed your visit!

The Valentine’s Day event at the tower was underwhelming to say the least - no path finding to get to where you need to go. You either guess or ask someone every 20 feet where to find the event (we had to do the latter). When we finally did get to the event, we were under the impression that there would be champagne included as advertised, but instead, we just had to pay for a bottle of wine in order to drink. No champagne was included. The live musician was talented but it was an awkward performance and not very fitting for the event or venue. Overall very displeased with the whole thing. We still got nice views though, so that is what bumped it up to two stars.

A reservation is not reservation. After paying almost $100 just to get in, our entire time was spent standing in line for their featured food vendor. My visit two years ago was wonderful so I decided to travel back for my husband's birthday. Straight disappointed.

Hi! We are so sorry to hear that you were disappointed in your recent visit. We offer timed ticketing for the safety of our guests during the pandemic. The time that you purchased your ticket was for access to our observation deck. The food vendor was extraordinarily popular but, we appreciate your feedback and will make adjustments to future events.

Was here at June 2019 and having dinner. The tower that characterizes the city of Dallas also provides a restaurant that can rotate 360 degrees at an altitude. Dinner at Five Sixty Restaurant presents an amazing view of the City of Dallas, especially at sunset..very incredible! I’m choosing Texas Red Fish for good and taste magnificent!
During the rotating restaurant you will be presented with iconic views of the city of Dallas including the Museum where the president of JFK was shot. Extraordinary.

I walked over to Reunion Tower from the West End Historic District on my last day in Dallas. The first thing I noticed was the poor street signage to get to the entrance. There was no one in line, and just three staff members hanging out. Admission was $19, which I thought was not inline with another tower in Texas I visited just 4-days prior.
I found one staff member was rude when demanding to search my backpack instead of politely asking. Reunion Tower wasn’t that great and it was cold and windy up on the observation deck during a late October cold front ripping through Texas. On the elevator wait to return to ground level, there was some type of elevator malfunction, or it could have just been the young operator as well as the empty lift returned to ground causing a large queue of people for the next lift.
The only positives I can say was there was no line going up, and I got a great view and photos of the Sixth Floor Museum at Dealy Plaza, which saved this attraction from getting a poor rating.

We booked the 2 in 1 ticket where you can visit twice within 24 hours. We enjoyed the Geo Deck and cafe during the day and returned in the evening for dinner at the Five Sixty restaurant. The dinner was an amazing experience - excellent service, great food and an incredible view across the city!

can i just come for cocktails and not dinner ?
does it require a reservation ?
Written June 15, 2024
The website says you need a reservation, but when i called and told them what time we were coming, they said we should have no problem getting in. The reason they say reservations is that weekends and times around sunset are the most popular times, and it can get crowded. Once you get up there you can stay as long as you like, so no one want to show up expecting to get to go up in the tower only to find out that there is a 2 hour wait. Mid week, non-peak hours, you should not have a problem, but call the Tower first and check with them.

I loved that experience too. Now, from what I am reading the new owners have stopped the rotation and so you still have a view from up high, but it is stationery and does not move. Such a disappointing piece of news. Is that going to change and go back to the rotating restaurant that everyone loved so much?
Written February 23, 2024
Never heard that, it was rotating while we were there. Glad I got to experience it.

Hello I was wondering if teenagers are allowed to come without parent supervision? (17-18 years old?)
Written October 17, 2023
I’m assuming if someone who’s 18 is with them, they should be fine since 18 is technically an adult.
Written October 17, 2023
I don't think there's a time limit. You do have to wait for the elevator up and down though.

How long of a walk is it from the The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza to the Reunion Tower? Also, is there any place for lunch between the times of 12:00-3:00 near the Sixth Floor Museum (on a Sunday)?
