I don't think there was a bad camping site in the place. Very nice swimming area. Access to paddle boats and canoes as well. Small but helpful park store. Recommend booking in advance as they fill up quick.

Bad storms were headed toward us, they drove thru the park on a loud speaker about 1130 pm reading a weather warning. I was impressed with them over that, they instructed tent campers to take cover in the restrooms, another park a few miles away...More

My wife and I recently stopped in at the Daingerfield State Park to soak up the outdoors. Its a great place and we have decided we will probably try to camp here in the future.

Went there today with family. It was a beautiful day to go there today since it wasn’t too warm and not too cold either, the temperature was just right to wear summer clothes. A lot of trees were changing colors; but, we didn’t get to...More

When this park marks a trail challenging, they mean it! So be prepared if you choose ones so marked. At parks, it felt like we were walking straight uphill so watch your footing. Beautiful scenery, nice gift store and friendly staff.

Wife and I spent a week in our fifth wheel here. The park is beautiful! The staff was super friendly! This park is definitely on the list of places we'll visit again.

Like everyone else, I believe it is 'visible' alcohol. I have a glass of wine every night, no problems.
