Beautiful campus with all the amenities. Proximity to Nashville downtown is a big plus. Great opportunities in my major.

Loved the campus when my family visiting Nashville recently. The students were very polite and the campus was very tidy. It felt so Peaceful and I found out not many students attending this college. Hope high school student checks this campus when he or she applies for a college in the future.

We took my 17 year old daughter on a tour of this campus while visiting Nashville. I had recently read a book about the Vanderbilt family and was intrigued with the campus due to it's prestigious history. I was incredibly let down! The first portion of the visit was a presentation by the admissions counselor. I expected someone a little more professional to be leading the presentation, but she got the basics across (hard to get in / expensive tuition). The second half was a guided walking tour of campus. We basically just heard a speech on living in the dorms, eating on campus, activities and diversity. We

Since my daughter recently studied the gilded age we wanted to see the Cornelius Vanderbilt statue and the university. His million dollar contribution sure started an amazing university. University is pretty albeit lots of construction occurring.

We have visited many campuses but are always up for another. Vanderbilt, along with being an excellent institution, also has a rather charming campus. Much to like about it.

The history of this university is nice to hear, and the campus is a pleasure to visit. I liked the architecture and the sorority houses!!! They were building new dorms when we went, on the old style, so its hard to know what is older and what is new.

We rented an VRBO that we determined wa either on campus or really close so we really enjoyed walking about the campus. Run, don't walk to Taco Mama's

I am a PhD student here, so I am a bit biased, but Vanderbilt is incredible. Yes, the academics are great, but the university offers many other things that can be enjoyed by travelers. The campus itself is absolutely gorgeous, and the university is always hosting events featuring incredible speakers. If you're into music, definitely check out Rites of Spring, and also check who Vandy is hosting for homecoming each year. Past performers include Jay-Z, Big Sean, Ludacris, J. Cole, and Kendrick Lamar. Lastly, if you're here in fall, don't forget to tailgate at Vandyville before the football games!

Such a beautiful college campus. Not the most beautiful time of year but still so pretty. Kids on campus were friendly. Great book store, really one of the best book stores with cool Vanderbilt clothing - very tasteful.
