So close to downtown, east Nashville, and the hubub of city living, here's another oasis of cool, leafy paths you can bike or walk among. Plus, it's free. It tends to be fairly underpopulated, even on nice days, so this is a gem of an...More

I ran along the trails on a 5-mile run from 12th St. in East Nashville, it was extremely pretty and well maintained... but I expected that if the trail was along the Cumberland River you'd actually see it. I may not have run far enough...More

Nice quiet place to walk, run or bike. It's pretty and there are several places to access the trail. It's paved, and most people respect the "stay to the right" rule. I walk there all seasons of the year.

It is a beautiful park with a path for running and biking, full of green and nice animals around. The view from the bridge to the river is beautiful, Highly recomended to do some exercise surrounded by nature.

This is a great place for people in the city to go for a walk or biking. The paved walkway is easy and mostly flat. We didn't try any of the side trails due to rain conditions. Birding here is a challenge, as the sides...More
