We took our road bikes on this trail, and were SO pleasantly surprised at how awesome it was! It was extremely clean, with zero garabage, not too busy, and quiet. We were able to ride at an acceptable speed which was nice in the city....More

If you are tired of staying in downtown area, this is a place to go. It's not far from downtown area, just 4 miles away from Cumberland River Pedestrian Bridge

Navel Hill Disc Golf Course. Nicely marked, concrete tee pads, disc cart friendly, more open than wooded, clean and fun to play this course!

I ran along the trails on a 5-mile run from 12th St. in East Nashville, it was extremely pretty and well maintained... but I expected that if the trail was along the Cumberland River you'd actually see it. I may not have run far enough...More

Nice quiet place to walk, run or bike. It's pretty and there are several places to access the trail. It's paved, and most people respect the "stay to the right" rule. I walk there all seasons of the year.

It is a beautiful park with a path for running and biking, full of green and nice animals around. The view from the bridge to the river is beautiful, Highly recomended to do some exercise surrounded by nature.
