- CWalleyJohnson City, Tennessee162 contributionsGood Times!Attended the John Mayer concert here and was pleased with the ease of entry, they food and beverage options while here and the proximity of the restrooms to the seats. Tho we didn't have the best seats the sight lines were great and the acoustics were too. Would attend a concert here in the future.Visited March 2023Written March 31, 2023
- Jerry CrawfordLos Angeles, California296 contributionsGreat venue for a concert!I went to Bridgestone Arena for Chris Tomlin's Good Friday Nashville concern and had a great time. My only complaint are the junk fees that Ticketmaster tacks onto your ticket if you buy it online, which literally doubles the price of a ticket. But with that said, Bridgestone is definitely better than other venues like Staples Center in L.A. Tickets are reasonably priced and parking fees are not outrageous, especially when compared with Premier parking lots and parking garages near arena in Nashville.Visited April 2023Written April 11, 2023
- Emily G2 contributionsGreat venue, tiny seatsThe arena itself is very nice, it was great for the concert that we attended. However, the seats are SO SMALL. I had bruises on each thigh from squeezing in my seat. There were several people around me who were not very large but could not fit and had to stand or hang out in the lobby. So uncomfortable.Visited July 2023Traveled as a coupleWritten July 23, 2023
- KBD87Arkansas1,139 contributionsWell run downtown arenaWe visited Bridgestone arena for the first time recently while attending a concert and we were impressed. The arena is well laid out with lots of restrooms and concessions. The concourse is large so moving around is a breeze. The sound and site lines are excellent and the staff and security were competent and efficient. The arena and the area around it are clean and seemed safe as well. A we’ll run downtown arena.Visited October 2023Traveled with familyWritten October 12, 2023
- Ashley CTampa, Florida4 contributionsAwesomeWent to Queen with Adam Lambert. Sound system is amazing. Concert was awesome. My complaint with the arena were the prices first. 2 beers 1 drink 62.00. Seriously? Then the seats. Then only have about a foot of walkway in the aisles so anything over the 1st section you are unable to stand at all. Seats were tight so neighboring people were pouring over into my seat. Not good. But wouldn't have missed it for anything. Just know what your working with. Who doesn't want to dance at a concert.Visited October 2023Traveled with friendsWritten October 29, 2023

Great venue for a concert! I recently went here to see the Jonas Brothers. The venue was well-staffed, clean, and the signage was good. I will definitely go here again for events.

Nice venue, accommodation no problem when second level was so steep I was barely able to get to my seat—I have a bad fear of heights.

Hubby and I drove up from Atlanta to see Rod Stewart. Yes, it was a bit of a drive, but the price was worth it

Carrie Underwood 3/1/23 left something to be desired. We came from Denver to watch the show and were up high in Section 328 row A. The concert speakers were only up front at the stage, so the sound was not surrounding or balanced. The lighting reflected off the outfits (Jimmie's too) so that it was a blur to watch. The "big" screen was tiny up at the front stage only. Carrie's angel wings set blocked her so we could only see wings, no Carrie. There was a lot of screaming vs singing. We left early.
I think we are spoiled by Ball arena in Denver!

Is it a 2 minute Walk from Pinnacle {asking to Bridgestone Arena? I need a walker and right now a quarter mile is my max.

I'm looking at the Bridgestone website about their bag policy. They say "clear bags only" and "no backpacks of any kind". We are going to be there for a 3 day conference and would like to use a clear backpack. Any ideas or experience with this?

Call or Text the Venue. Usually doors open an hour before scheduled event. With the lockdown in effect you should check with venue to make sure that it has not been cancelled

Can someone give me an idea of concession prices on food and beer? Also, has anyone stayed at the Cambria hotel, is it a good option for attending a concert?

The price for any beverage was kind of high but typical for any event place like this.
Is there a place inside that you can check a coat during a concert. Will be coming to the Cher concert this evening.

I don't think so, most venues of that size do not.

Our concert has stage in the middle of the arena, on Ticketmaster seating chart it shows the stage extending into the seating area. What is the view from the seats where the stage extends into? We have seats right “above” it, want to make sure we don’t have an obstructed view.

Unfortunately, we were in the nosebleed section. Churches had reserved whole sections but we enjoyed the concert either way.

Hi, waltvb. What would you like to know about this attraction?
We have seats in section 108 for an upcoming concert. I know we aren't in front of the stage, but will we be able to see the stage?
Karen H
Jackson, TN22 contributions
Usually section 108 isn't used during concerts unless whoever you're seeing has stage more in middle of arena and has a 360 viewing. You can go on Bridgestone Arena web site , under Events/Tickets click on Seating chart, then pick either option for seating or do the 360 view
