A great place to view the South Gippsland coastline and into Andersen's Inlet. Beach is accessible. A well maintained visitor location with a convenient car park, but remember, no dogs. Recommended.

Eagles Nest is one of several features of the rugged Bunurong Coast that lies between Cape Patterson and Inverloch (17 Km). The Nest is a sandstone sea stack that sits on a wide rock platform and is awash at high tide. On the eastern side...More

Great place to look out over Bass Strait. It changes with the seasons, in the summer it usually still and charming. In the winter it gets really wild seas and strong winds. Lots of fun for families climbing up and down the steps.

The weather was wild and wet during our stay however this made the visit to Eagles Nest that much more exciting. Great place to view Bass Strait, you have a feeling of being at one with nature when you stand aloft of the beach.

Fascinating rock formations all along this stretch of coast line. Certainly rivals the Great Ocean Road.

Wow, this coastline is magnificent and Eagles Nest is truly impressive. We walked out to it over the flat rocks, which was great fun. Splendid coastal views, cliffs and crashing waves.

Visited on Sunday 25th February. We were driving between Inverloch and Cape Paterson on the coast road, what great views from the road above looking down to the beach and across to the rocks forming Eagles Nest. A must do it your in the area.

We thought we would haves drive down the coast and look at some of the beaches. We stopped at each stop on the way to cape Patterson. We were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the rock beaches were and as it isn’t very touristy as...More
