    Time well spent
We did VIP ultimate tour. It was great to see everything there. Our guide was great and he had great stories. There were many things to see. Some parts were kind of fast because there is so much to see. My only disappointment was that the radio would go out several times during the tour.

    One time stop!
This is definitely a once in a lifetime visit. We are not Elvis fans, but wanted to take advantage of visiting as we were passing through. I didn't expect the high volume of people and tour groups. We were the first group at 9:00 and it was very unorganized. There needs to be more staff at the check in for the video prior to getting on the bus to the house. Once we got to the house it went a lot smoother and there was plenty of staff. Even though we are not fans, it was very interesting to see and be able to visit. The memorial garden was absolutely beautiful!

    Pleasantly Surprised
I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the whole Graceland experience. I will say though that they need to have seating or something for the elderly or disabled when waiting in line for the shuttle to Graceland. My elderly parents stood in line for far too long.

    Definitely A Must Do!
We had so much fun the first time, we did it again 7 months later. To get your moneys worth, especially if you have came overseas, two days is a must! Wanted to pay my respects to Lisa Marie since we are less than a week apart age wise. Not a big exhibit on her but very emotional. We noticed a few items were missing from last September when we visited. We took our time and read nearly everything and watched videos. We bought something from every gift shop and loaded up! Prices are right for the specialty of the property. Traveled 4 1/2 hours from STL Missouri. Straight shot! Lots of other things to do in the area that’s a must for any Elvis fan. Get as much as you can in especially if you are from another country. Sun Records, Elvis home on Audubon Street, Vernon’s home on the backside of Graceland by the barn, Beale Street, Humes Jr High School. Lots of new, less pricey hotels in the area close to Graceland. Don’t feel like you have to spend a lot to stay at The Guesthouse. Most hotels have shuttles to Graceland. We had a lot of fun! Will be back sometime in the future. Well worth the money, seriously!

Bucket List Experience that didn’t disappoint!
My husband and teenage daughter and I did the Elvis Experience tour. We got there quite a bit earlier than our scheduled mansion tour but found out quickly there was so much more to do and see at our own pace prior to the actual house tour. I’m glad we got there early as the only drawback of having a later afternoon tour time is that the shops etc were starting to close not long after we returned from the mansion tour. It was a bucket list experience for us and it honestly was even better than I expected.

    Overwhelming!
There is so much to see here, it’s exhausting. Would be better to visit over a two day period. We opted to purchase the higher price entrance so we could “jump the line” and we ended up waiting with everyone else who had purchased the same ticket because only 22 visitors are allowed in the mansion on a rotating basis. While the mansion was interesting all the other buildings and their exhibits were much better - cars - motorcycles - planes costumes, etc. There was plenty of places to sit and rest, though, which was good.

    A lot to take in
If you like Elvis this is a definitely a place you need to go to. The museum is quite thorough and honors Elvis tastefully. Because he died so young there is an abundance of belongings and mementos to look at. This is marketing at its best. No one should be disappointed with a visit here.

Mansion of Elvis Presley , very nice though very commercialized.
Visiting the Mansion of Elvis Presley and walking through the different rooms and gardens . Also the family graves . The nicest is the collection of his Luxury old cars and planes . Will take 2-3 hours including queues .

    VIP price is worth it
We booked 9 o’clock tour, which is the first one and we arrived at 8:30 we were second in line at the parking lot. I put the tickets on the phone which scanned in great and we had our own line for the VIP entourage ticket. Everything about the house tour was very good except it is pretty crowded. I was very happy I opted for a self guided tour as the tour guide would have been a lot longer. The self-guided tour has an iPad with information about the house so you go at your own speed. The airplane was amazing. The outfits are incredible. The cars are beyond cool. Do it all, especially if you don’t know if you will be going back.

    The Legend Lives On
We took the tour on 5/2/23, and John was our guide on this intimate look into the life and home of Elvis Presley. John was personable, knowledgeable, and we were very impressed with the interesting and fascinating information and stories he presented to our group of 10. We took the Ultimate VIP Tour, and were so glad we did. Graceland was impressive in its homey atmosphere, and we felt we definitely had enough time on the tour. Touring the complex at our leisure meant we had the time to take in everything that was available to see.

I came to Graceland for the fourth time and again it was worth traveling here from the Netherlands. 1 day is too short to see everything properly. The house, the planes, cars, jumpsuits, gold records and all other exhibits are enough to delve into Elvis history and life for hours on end. But the meditation garden is still the highlight of the day. The peace this gives is indescribable. Fortunately, every morning there is the opportunity to walk up through the garden to the meditation garden. Hopefully this wasn't the last time I visited Graceland.

A real treat to go inside the home of Elvis and the grounds. It was very emotional when you arrived at the meditation garden. It is a memory of a lifetime and couldn't recommend it enough

The ultimate VIP tour was absolutely amazing. We had the best tour guide, John. He was extremely knowledgeable, funny and made the tour! The tour flew by because of John’s spunk and love for Elvis. I can’t wait to go back to Graceland ! Ask for John if you want a great tour!

Really enjoyed looking around the mansion. The other areas where his planes are and memorabilia are worth the look. So much to see of his life

We opted for the VIP tour and I think it was worthwhile to have a guide and you also get to see areas and things that are not open to everyone. The house is amazing. There are also a lot of other exhibitions and you could easily spend the whole day here (cars, planes, bikes, arm, films, family). There are a lot of gift shops but I liked that there was a range of items with many priced at a low level. Great range of Christmas decorations in the gift shop by the ticket office for anyone who likes to get one as a souvenir.

Pros - Overall a great experience. The pictures and video you see do not do the in person experience justice. You can plan on spending 3 -4 hours as the tours is much more than the mansion. Even if you are not a fan, the history is amazing. We scheduled our tour early in the morning and the crowd was minimal, the afternoon became much busier. Parking is $10, but close and worth it.

Cons - They provide you with ipads for the tour, a larger percentage either did not work or stopped working before the tour even started.

Many of the patrons were trying to juggle both and ipad and smart phone and could barely work either. This caused some delays.

The entire mansion is not open, but enough to enjoy.

The mansion tour felt rushed to me. Not sure how they could fix that

Way beyond our expectations to the point we felt really emotional as soon as we arrived. We went for the VIP Tour with an audio guide. It was well worth the money. A very special experience. The chance to see the house of a mega star and feel the warmth that was so obviously created in his home.

Graceland Mansion and the exhibits were amazing. Loved it.

You will need to spend all day there.

The only downside was they have no internet at the ticket office and we were asked to email our vouchers as they need a hard copy.

Please provide wifi to do this Graceland.

You can totally immerse yourself in Elvis but it is a little like a theme park. You will see everything from his clothes to planes and cars as well as the mansion itself.
