Luss is a beautiful village and we visited the pier to book a boat trip on Loch Lomond. It was a beautiful day and there was a large number of people wanting to do the trip so we were unlucky ... because of Covid restrictions the tours were very limited! However, we enjoyed the walk to the pier and the views surrounding it!…

Luss Pier is situated on Loch Lomond, in the village of Luss , a place not to be missed when you are in the Lowlands. What a lovely place, outside the busy streets, crowded markets, it's a very quiet heaven on earth. The water is so clear. Lovely view of Loch Lomond and a wonderful, scenic walking route. It was great to walk along the picturesque waterfront. Just keep your cameras on to take lots of photos. An amazing place to visit. The scenery is stunning. Fantastic place with so many ducks and birds and just relaxing. The picturesque views you would hardly be forgotten ever, so definitely stop by and take a break here after a long drive. I definitely recommend it.…

A major point in Luss especially as many Loch Lomond boat tours start from this pier. The pier projects out far enough into the lake so that you get fantastic panoramic views of the loch.

Had a week in Argyll and Bute. The afternoon trip on the bus boat was superb. Staff were really helpful (we had 5 dogs) and, even with the whole mask thing, made us feel relaxed and welcome. £15 return from Luss was treat value , and no extra charge for dogs. Inchcailoch Island was magical. Views to die for, a lovely beach (but watch out for blue-green algae which is very dangerous to dogs at this time of year), great walk and an ancient grave yard! History, scenery, a boat trip and a lovely walk. What more can you ask for? And of course Luss is very, very pretty.…

We were staying in the Loch Lomond Arms and after having booked in we decided to have a wandered around the village. The views from the pier across the Loch are amazing and with the changing light make for some great photos. Some brave people were diving into the Loch from the pier. The rest of the village is very picturesque with a mix of pretty cottages a few shops and restaurants and an old church.…
