The village of Luss sits on the shores of Loch Lomond and is one of the best places to visit if you plan on exploring the beauty of Loch Lomond. The village has its own Visitor Center where you can get tourist information, shops and food outlets, and park your car. The toilets are paid and insufficient compared to the number of tourists who are required to queue for a long time. Parking is also available for a fee. There are four walks that set off from the Visitor Centre which lead through the village and the surrounding countryside.

Just returned from a day trip to Luss and now during Covid 19 restrictions. I have to say that the car park was overflowing and the official toilets closed. The toilet facilities were provided using stand alone portal's and they were disgusting!!! Shame on you Argyll and Bute Council if this is your responsibility. Luss is a lovely village overrun with tourists without the proper facilities to cope. Also I would warn all tourists to check the price of anything you are going to buy at the ice cream vendors vans in particular the one by the pier. Prices are extortionate and the slushies were disgusting and seriously overpriced.

You can't have your cake and eat it. Tourists need to park; putting silly signs all over the place is just stupid. There is nothing to do in this overrated little place. Apart from having a laugh over your silly signs.

A good parking area near to the village, but surprisingly, it has charges 7 days a week. We did notice an attendant booking a number of vehicles on his rounds, which is not good at a site hoping to attract visitors in winter!

Bought boat tour tickets, parking ticket (cash only) and even had to pay for use of the toilet. 90 minute cruise was in a noisy old boat with very little commentary. Upon return spent more money on lunch and coffee then returned to my car only to find parking fine on my windscreen. Pretty village spoilt by local council with no idea about what overseas visitors like myself have come to expect elsewhere.
