The locals are very proud of their park and rightly so. The boating pond is popular in summer as is the miniature steam railway run by local enthusiasts. This park looks beautiful in all the seasons of the year and is particularly beautiful in the Autumn sunlight. It has something for everyone including the new sensory garden and the miniature railway open at weekends during the Summer and on Bank Holidays. A great place for young and old. The little play park is very good and the new sensory garden is a great addition. The miniature railway was a huge hit with our grandson ( and me)

This must be one of the best public parks I've ever been too. They have everything, a boating pond, play areas, outdoor exercise machines, crazy golf, a miniature railway and a cafe! Every park should be like this!
