Nothing over the top. Free little museum in the middle of town. Some railroad relics and history from over the years. A little local history. You can tour the inside of the engine, a rail car and a caboose.

A small museum, but all for free, and a very nice train free to enter and look around in. Old locomotive and some open wagons. So so cute, and the neihgbourhood is just so beautiful!

Some really great information on the railroad. There are some old newspapers that you can read through the display that I really liked. It was too bad that there isn't someone there to ask about the area. The old steam engine was amazing and the...More

From California and decided to explore a bit before attending a southern wedding. Google maps took us on some tiny gravel roads and we came upon this small town. After hitting some closed places we walked up to this train museum. Front door was locked...More

If you like history and railroad items, this is the place for you. We were a bit bored with the place. No one was there at that moment, so a colorful director definitely would've been a boost.

It's in an old train station building next to an old retired train locomotive. You will find lots to read and see. Read about the big train wreck and see pictures and artifacts. Very interesting stuff. Then drop over to the Soda Pop Junction for...More

Although the museum is small it is full of great historical information. The cars were open so we were able to sit in the passenger car just like someone long ago did. Fun.

Very small but fascinating place. The tour is free but donations are accepted. The museum also covered the history of the Milky Way Farm nearby. A must-see when passing through Lynnville.

We walked through the railroad museum while visiting Lynnville. The museum is located in the old train depot and is setup to look like it would have when in operation. There is a 4 car train on the tracks beside the depot including an engine,...More
