The first time I came across this church I was charmed by its appearance and fascinated by its history. Pictures in the porch show eight men associated with Chideock who died for their Catholic faith. Seven were put to death and are known as the...More

Beautiful and unusual little church. The adjacent small museum contains some interesting things including war time newspapers.

A really interesting Italian style church in a village normally driven through without a second thought. Well worth a stop.

This small Catholic Church is tucked right away in North Chideock and is a little gem. It is dedicated to the "Chideock Martyrs" who died for their faith in the 16th century. Adjacent to the church itself is a permanent exhibition relating to the martyrs
