Matt has repaired our jet ski, serviced it and our boats . He is reliable, does excellent work and I would recommend him to everyone.

Matt and his team do a great job for a good value. I don't like to trailer my boat so he does a valet service that is first class. I've recommended them to friends on the lake.

This company did an awesome job servicing our boat last fall! We had it in the water over the Memorial Day holiday and it ran great. Matt the owner was so kind to help us out when we were in a bind with our boat. I really like dealing with a company like this one that offers such great customer service.

Contacted UAS regarding a jet-ski rental on Lake Keowee. The communication was excellent and they were at High Park Falls at the agreed time. 2 hours of awesome fun :-) Their gear is great and in good condition and the rates are reasonable. The jet-ski was so powerful (110 HP and clocked 53 MPH as top speed - wow) and it was fun to ride the 2 hours. Lake Keowee is really worth exploring and the lake is great for an adventureous day. Can clearly recommend UAS / Kimberly and her team - they did their part to make my day a good one. Thanks.

We recently took 4 adults and 6 kids to Lake Jocassee and stayed at Devil's Fork State Park. Matt did an excellent job staying in touch with us about the boat rental. He brought the boat to us at the park marina and explained all of the features and even gave some sighseeing tips. The boat was in great shape and we had a blast tubing, skiing and checking out the waterfalls around the lake.
I would definitely recommend Ulimate Action Sports for a boat rental. Top notch service and an excellent value.

We rented 3 jetski's and 2 different boats during a 4 day stay at Lake Jocasee. Matt, Holly, Mike, and Kimberly were all great from my first contact until the final bill was sent. They worked with us around stormy weather each day, always trying to help us get on the lake, but never pressuring us to take the boats out if we were uncomfortable. All of their equipment was in great condition and any damages were already clearly noted on the contracts, so we knew up front we would not be held responsible for them in the end. Matt and Mike did a great job teaching us, so that we all felt comfortable driving the boats and using the accessories/toys. We will never rent from anyone else in the future - can' wait to get back!

Took my seadoo to get fixed been their over a month and not even a phone call. Had to go over their to get answers about it. mechanic blame it on the owner and the owner blame it on the mechanic. beware taking anything there.

We do our best to keep all of our customers updated and informed on the status of their equipment and we pride ourselves on our customer service and hate that you feel that we neglected you and your Sea Doo. I rented a waverunner from them for 4 hours. They were at the agreed location exactly on time. Having never operated a waverunner before, the education about the machine, operating instructions, and safety procedures they provided was invaluable to me and my kids. They care a great deal about maintaining their machines and ensuring that their customers have a fantastic fun and safe experience. At the end of our rental, they again showed up exactly on time to pull the waverunner out of the water. They refueled it right there in front of me so I could verify and pay for exactly how much fuel we used. This was truly top of the line service.I highly recommend this business and will use them again.

We rented a jet ski and they met us at Fall Creek Landing. The weather was perfect and Lake Keowee was beautiful! The jet ski was a lot of fun and perfect for the two of us! We will definitely be back!

A few days before I wanted to rent a boat, I contacted Ultimate Action Sports and spoke to someone who I made a reservation through. The next day I tried to follow up with them and left a message through the website and through the phones and never received any feedback.
The day came and went of our "reservation" and we couldn't get a hold of them.
**When I called the owner to try and explain the situation he was very rude and short with me. I felt like my call was bothersome and a pain. He explained they get "thousands" of calls and they did the best they could.**
If that is the best they could do than I don't want to know what their average is, and if I spoke to the owner than that is just sad.
I usually don't complain about much of anything but this was a disappointment.

I am sorry that your impression of Ultimate Action Sports is negative. I also would like to note that if you had a confirmed reservation for a rental, we would have been there. We do receive many calls per day for information, but that is no excuse to make you feel like we don't appreciate your call. Our company is a family business being ran by a small number of people and we pride ourselves on our customer service and great rental equipment. Again, I apologize for your experience with us.
