We had a great cruise, and a great day on lake Jocassee with Captain Kevin. He gave us a great mix of touring, information, and fun activities for the kids, including lots of swimming, jumping off rocks and playing on beaches. He is extremely competent and friendly, and was terrific to be with. We would certainly go again.

We had a great time on a tour with Southern Outlaw Adventures! Learned some history about the surrounding lakes, saw some beautiful waterfalls, enjoyed swims in the cool clean water and had a relaxing boat ride around the lake. Our group had a blast and we highly recommend Kevin for a tour on Lake Jocassee!

Kevin was the perfect host. We enjoyed our tour and time on the beautiful lake. I just wish we had booked the longer tour!

My husband and I took our adult daughter and her two teenagers and one adult daughter on this fantastic boat trip on 7/18/23. Kevin was a great guide, educating us as to the historical and natural history of the area. Pointing our cascading waterfalls, buildings that were left to be flooded when the lake was formed. He was great with the teenage boys finding fun places to swin, jump off rocks and just scramble on the small islands. It was beyond our expectations and we highly recommend spending time on the lake with them.

Had a great time on our boat tour of Lake Jocassee. Kevin, our guide, was friendly and knowledgeable. Our entire family (parents and three teens) enjoyed our time together on the boat. We were sad that our trip was cut short by the weather, but Kevin was very safe and willing to work with us to brave it as long as we could. Love this trip and highly recommend Souther Outlaw Adventures for a good time on the lake.

The views and lake and mountains are breathtakingly awesome! Kevin was our helpful captain, very knowledgeable and patient with our whole family group of 7, ranging in age from 13 to 85! Easy to book and pay, easy to board and enjoy! Highly recommend to anyone and plan to revisit too!

Great trip around Lake Jocassee with Kevin! Very personable, flexible, and knowledgeable. This was our first time ever to Lake Jocassee and all family members give it "two thumbs up", one of the highlights of our week in that area!

Kevin is a knowledgeable, patient fishing guide. It was my first time fly fishing and I learned a lot and had a lot of fun doing it. Kevin works hard to make sure that you have the best opportunity to catch fish. He knows where to go and where the fish hang out. Whether you are experienced or a novice fisherman, Kevin is your guide. Really friendly and good to spend a day fishing with.

2nd trip with Kevin this year and he did not disappoint. We did a sunset tour this past Friday and our guests had a blast enjoying the lake mountains and sunset.
