I was excited to see all the animal topiarys but I have to say that I was disappointed. It isn't that big and the topiary's aren't that impressive. It is a beautiful location. We toured the house, which is a little interesting. All in all,...More

It was a hot and muggy day when we were there, but it was worth spending 1 1/2 hours wandering around the Topiary Garden because it is so beautiful. All the plants and veggie are marked for your information. The staff was wonderfully helpful. The...More

Our group was going to stop here just to walk through quickly, but the topiary gardens are really beautiful. The unusual shapes along with the variety of flowers and food grown make this a very worthwhile stop on the Mansion Tour. We all wanted to...More

A wonderful garden setting to stroll through and admire the flowers and topiaries. My kids liked walking around the pathways, and got joy at the large "animals".

This house is part of the Newport Preservation Society but is quite far away from the more popular houses. If you like gardens and history it’s worth the trip.

Loved speaking with the gardeners and the trees were great. They were able to answer any questions that I had. Would definitely go again. Be sure the bring water, summer is hot.

We are members of the preservation society so the entrance fee was included in the membership. If the weather is decent this is a great place to see topiary gardens

The gardens are nice, but not super exciting. It was interesting to see the different kinds of flowers together and many were identified. The house was quite interesting and you are allowed to explore on your own with docents available to answer questions. I really...More

Beautiful topiary and gardens. Browse at your leisure. Sit on the porch and enjoy the view. Small gift shop.
