They have some interesting artifacts inside the grey building for viewing. Outside, you can see the Quonset huts and the Seabee monument. Worth a stop if you're in the area. The museum is free to visit.

This little place will be great when it is completed. They are working on a lot of the displays but those that are completed have been nicely done. Gift shop has a nice variety.

Interesting to learn about the Sea Bees (my uncle was one in WWII)... and you have to love the statue of the sea-bee that welcomes you to the area. Unique branch of the service, to be honored. Fun to know where Quonset huts originated.
