Chickens, print shop, old school room, local artifacts and farm equipment. Something of interest for all, with eager docents on the grounds of what was the Sprague summer mansion. Little ones will like the goats and sheep and chicks, and history buffs will like the...More

Found this gem on-line and glad we did! A charming little stroll into the past. Small but meticulously presented look into life 200 years ago. Very friendly staff, farm animals, blacksmith lessons and unique artifacts. A perfect activity for non-beach days!

This is a great little place to visit. It almost reminds me of Sturbridge Village in a way. There are a number of buildings to walk through, including a Narragansett history, blacksmith and carpenter shops. Also on the grounds is a really nice herb garden...More

I love American history and thoroughly enjoyed my visit. With my AAA discount we only paid $10 each for the adults, and I considered it a bargain for how much we learned. The buildings are 'self guided' but knowledgeable caretakers are on hand to answer...More

$12/person is too expensive. Nice property but not much to do. Maybe 5-6 "houses" to go through, (1) was locked Self guided which is nice.
