A lot of used books of various genre and ages. Comic books and music as well. I try to visit a couple times a year when I am in York. A very cool place.

The York Emporium offers more than books, they have a variety of items, mostly used, but all interesting and in good condition. They have a ton of books, they have games, music, dvds,.... it is actually overwhelming. It is a very large store that appears...More

I feel like I found a bookstore designed for me. Books and artifacts of the 19th and 20th century. Kitch and clutter in a used book library. I found books on historical York and some of the world's great literature along side comics and star...More

If you enjoy used book stores, you'll love this one. This is the opposite of the cookie cutter box stores. The DVD collection was impressive in volume and variety. Odd treasures are waiting to be found!
