Like other reviews, still a broken elevator. You paid 7$ per person... and you have to walk up about 140 plus steps. Once you are up there basically a small roof area for the 360 view. Nothing exciting then you have to walk down again....More

It has a nice view of Delaware basin but nothing more, actually tower is not historic and neither related with the American Revolutionary War nor Gen. Washington but it is a good place to observe a large area from New Hope to Washington Crossing.

Although there are far more historic and captivating places in eastern Pennsylvania, Bowman's Hill Tower does offer a one-of-a-kind view overlooking New Hope, Pennsylvania and the Delaware River. Since the local area is heavily forested, the view is stunning during the Fall when the trees...More

Came here a few months ago, broken elevator, back in June... broken again. As others would state, if they were a business, they would be out of business. This IS the only attraction here. Only one section has a small view to the South. Just...More

This is a great place to take your family on a clear day. The elevator was out but their aren't that many steps to reach the top. The view is spectacular especially if you like to take pictures. The grounds are a little muddy after...More

I grew up in the shadow of this historic tower overlooking the Delaware River and the site of General Washington’s audacious crossing, and subsequent victorious attack on Trenton, Christmas night, 1776. I have no idea how many times I have driven the steep, winding road...More

From the top of the tower, there is an incredible view of the surrounding area! My dad, who is 79 did the climb with me. We stopped when needed. HE was in awe of the view!

We had a bit of difficulty finding it but were so glad we did. My hubby has bad knees but thankfully the elevator was there and we only had to climb a short amount of steps near the top. Commanding views of the area even...More

This tower has a commanding view of the surrounding area. When you consider what the militia could see from here it had to be helpful. Our visit was on a rainy day so we could not see what they could. We will be returning.
