We saw Phil sleeping in his burrow which is inside the local library. It's good for kids and fans of "Groundhog day" film.☺

Was really neat to see the gophers in their burrow. The library that are housed in is very nice inside and can see the gophers from inside the library as well as outside.

Well, it's Punxsutawney, so any tacky display is probably to be expected. This is basically just two windows - one outside and one inside the library - that allow you to look at a sleepy grey groundhog (woodchuck) laying around on some grey rocks. Very...More

Was like looking at the animals at the zoo. When you want to see them active they are fast asleep! There were 2 Phils in the burrow. They must have a backup Phil. Cute stop but would not be worth a special trip to see.

We went by Globbers Knob first and heard all about Phil and then drove here to see him and his girlfriend. He is located in a library of all places! He is visible from the outside window. His area is kept really clean.

My family loved this. You can look in and see Phil. He seemed very comfortable and unafraid of people. My daughter now wants a pet groundhog. Lol.

It's exactly as pictured- a window looking into a little space in the library where Phil lives. You can peek in and see the groundhog sleeping in a burrow. There's also a couple statues of Phil nearby, but that's pretty much it. Parking is free...More
