Great beer and atmosphere. I have never walked in a a brewery tasting room and been the only man, it was pretty neat to see women really getting into it. I did find out that it was Yoga Fay at the brewery but still fun....More
Loooove SBC! If you want to find the best local beer go here. They make the best fruity beers I've ever had. Depending on the season there is a blueberry, lemon, grapefruit, raspberry or orange. Every week on Thursdays they have a special cask beer...More
I generally visit SBC weekly and periodically take the tour for updates on their product and brewing process. The beer selection is impressive for a microbrewery and the product is is consistently good. From shandys to assorted IPAs to bourbon barrel aged stouts, there is...More

The tasting room is comfortable with plenty of seating inside and out. The bar staff has been very friendly every time we've visited and the beers are great! The cask brews are hit or miss, but worth a try!
They do serve snacks of nuts and flavored popcorns for purchase, but that was all I remember. We loved the Buffalo popcorn! We tried the salt & vinegar popcorn and it was very good too. We were there for about 3+ hours... More
They do serve snacks of nuts and flavored popcorns for purchase, but that was all I remember. We loved the Buffalo popcorn! We tried the salt & vinegar popcorn and it was very good too. We were there for about 3+ hours between the tour, drinking/snacking, and chatting with locals, and the owner. It was a lot of fun, and I don't like beer. They have some local winery wines that were very good.
