If you were believing USA today this is the 2nd best view in the states. Would love to knownthe best, as this is already impressive when visiting at sunset. The historic incline is affordable and worth the trip. Friendly staff and clean facilities.

Would not recommend when hot out! No air flow at all and not a thing to do during a heat wave. We ALL got off dripping! Very uncomfortable. Other than that it would have be more enjoyable.

Yes you can. There is an elevator to the top of the 3-level car.
