This old paddel boat is still serving the community. The high "tech" signaling device is activated by closely following the instructions. The ferry promptly departed the camp ground side and picked us up. The crossing , $20.00 including the tip , was relaxing and enjoyable....More

This was such a fun and awesome ride and enjoyed by the whole family. This ride can make you reflect back to the days when this was a major mode of travel

The ride is gorgeous across the Susquehanna River! It is wheelchair and stroller accessible. There is a sitting area to take in the view. It is the only wooden paddlewheel in operation.

My wife and I took our HD Streetglide out for a ride and ended up going up 11 & 15 to Ferry Boat Campsites. We then took the ferry across the Susquehanna River. Awesome smooth crossing. Saw some herons. Nice friendly staff.
