I truly enjoy visiting this market. The presence of the Amish is what first attracted me to it because I wanted my grandchildren to see and interact with people who have steadfastly held to traditions for centuries. But one visit would have sufficed for that. But what keeps me returning is the quality of the produce as well as the variety. The chicken barbeque is outstanding. Zook's homemade mint tea and root beer are delicious. There is a wide variety of book goods as well as cured meat. Prices are fair. The service is friendly and efficient. I love going to this small farmers market that primarily sells produce and baked goods. It is run and staffed by the Amish. There is a wide variety of produce. The apples I purchased made great applesauce. The baked good were some of the best I ever had. If you like grilled chicken, that is a great option for lunch. There are a few picnic tables near the parking lot if you want to eat there. …

We drove by the market area and noted the info sign. We went back on Saturday. Food cooking on the grill smelled delicious. Looked around for some special gifts who look after our home and take care of the cats. Picked up some jam, honey and a variety of soaps. Neighbors enjoyed and loved their gifts. Certainly would visit again when in the area. …

We visited on a Saturday morning. Good selection of produce and local jams/pickles and baked goods. Had the BBQ chicken lunch, a large portion and delicious. Not a large farmers market with many vendors, but easy to find with adequate parking. It is cash only, so that limited our shopping to cash on hand. …
