An amazing piece of work completed in 1987 and put together in 30 sections by a variety of community groups. It is a huge three dimensional piece of work depicting Griffith town, surrounding areas of all the agricultural activities to the ranges. Techniques included wool that was spun, washed dyed and crocheted. Many other fabrics were dyed, manipulated, machined and stitched. Truly impressive and a great example of local talent.
