Visited here yesterday and it was a pleasant surprise. They have a range of award winning gins with unique flavours. Shortly they will release two Whiskeys. Worth a visit if you’re in Griffith!

Visited this distillery whilst holidaying in Griffith. What an absolute gem. Michelle (our hostess) went over and above to make our visit utterly enjoyable and thoroughly informative. We found out so much about gin and tasted all of their award winning gins. We walked away with a whole new appreciation of gin and the different ways it can be enjoyed. They also have Vodka and Single Malt Scotch available for tasting. A great family run business that is deserving of support. Finished our visit with a lovely gin and blood orange cocktail. We'll be back when next in Griffith

Wonderful to see true commitment to quality and distinctiveness, above all else, especially with the still-making. The gin is excellent, and ably explained. The stills are beautifully crafted works of art. These people absolutely deserve support. Make sure you go!

Great little distillery in Griffith. Friendly staff and very tasty gin. Michelle was fantastic in giving us a background to her gin making and the equipment needed to achieve such high standards. The other artist on site, the 'Copper Still" maker, Mark shared his experiences and skills needed in manufacturing the equipment and the standards they adhere to. Well worth a visit.

Fantastic and informative tasting session. The use of local botanicals shows through in the quality of their gins. Whisky is also under production on the premises. We were met by Michelle who guided us through the distilling process, exhibiting her passion for her products and she is well supported by her partner, the "Still" craftsman. His work is nothing but art, true beauty in copper. Well done to a lovely couple.
