Enjoyable walk, many steps :-) Magnificient views of whales and dolphins. One can easily forget time on this most eastern spot of Australia.

If you're visiting Byron, you must do the walk up to the lighthouse. Stunning views, there's no place like it. No matter what the weather, it's worth it.

I went there for the sunrise and it was really beautiful! You can find you're to the lighthouse, the beach or the city really easily!

A must do in Byron - dont drive your car to the light house, follow the trail and walk up. So many things to see, beautiful views and a magnificent walk - highly recommended.

Easy to moderate in difficulty. Nice views. Apparently sometimes you see whales. Go inside the lighthouse to have a look around. Great for most ages

Couple of hours depending on how many times you stop to take selfies/photos. Take plenty of water if it’s hot. Take the coastal route up to the lighthouse which we think is better than doing it in reverse.
