Lovely day out at Perranporth, proper little seaside town.Beach is amazing,lots of little caves to explore, dog walkers welcome,and joggers enjoy the runs as well..Lovely and clean,,lifeguards in attendance, well worth a visit

No you can sleep as defo no army. Mind you a very busy beach on a sunny hot day!!
