Normally when i come out of the station I head straight for town, but we had time so wandered along the canalside, through a large park first. Beautiful on a sunny relaxed weekend.

The smell of old history. Thats'what you experience wakling the canalside in Hebden Bridge. The canal itself, the old steam mills, the smlll sidestreets and the cafe. So walk from St Georges through the park to the canalside and enjoy your walk.

Gorgeous little village with lovely shops..bars..cafes..restaurants..pubs..chilled place..lots of nice friendly people..we went here for the day..was a folk festival on and food stalls in the small local square area..there is something here for everyone..
