You could go many times and not actually see everything. Best part was the tour and information learned about fire fighting from early days (1820's?) to current. Amazing collection and proud displays! I'm glad we went and I'm glad it was all saved for us to see. Will take our son (training to be a fireman) there someday. A big thanks to all the Hero's who battled fire and emergency situations!

If you know a firefighter or just want to learn how they got started, here is the place to be. It shows where they began and where we are today. Unreal how they began their journey!

This firefighter historical museum is a great place to visit if you or someone in your household is a firefighter. It was numerous old fire fighting equipment in it. And lots of memorabilia to see. My husband (who was a volunteer fireman & chief) thought it was a great place to visit. It really lets you see how far firefighting has advanced.

If you are even a little bit interested in firefighters this is a really authentic and fascinating collection of memorabilia. The gentleman that showed us around had lots of knowledge about the collector and the collection. You won't want to miss this gem.

This is a must see for anyone interested in firefighting and fire history. We had a personal tour, learned so much about how emergencies were dispatched and how firefighting has evolved over the years. There was even a working emergency switch we got to use as a demonstration for dispatch. The guys at the museum used to stay at this station and brought memories with them that they shared. There is so much to see, plan to spend at least one hour if planning to look at everything on display. Admission is only a few dollars, firefighters get a discounted rate, and the souvenir shirts are good quality, decent price.
