Six of us rented a raft (they only have 2) on July 4. The water was very high but it really wasn't moving any faster than normal, but we did wear out life jackets as advised. Rental for the 4 mile trip that we took...More

Best time to go is with water level > 3 feet. (check out noaa water level predictions, location cokp1 & the 3 day forecast!) Below 3 feet, you'll get stuck once in a while in a canoe, although still a nice trip. I give the...More

Great place to rent from. Not bad prices and they take care of everything. Dropped us off at the 4 mike drop and we lazily floated down river in the sun. Perfect afternoon.

This is a gorgeous and scenic canoe trip/rental. My only gripe was all the drunk folks clogging up the river on inner tubes. It's a challenge to dodge them at times. The river current isn't fast but if you're not a seasoned and expert paddler,...More

Four adults and three children did the 10 mile trip yesterday. The Pale Whale staff was organized, helpful and polite. The river was lovely. Great afternoon.

The 4 mile trip is $30, and the 10 mile trip is $42. More detailed information on pricing is available on their website. Links aren't permitted here, so you'll have to Google it if you're interested.
